With the approach of the Spring Festival, which is also known as Chinese New Year, the CPC committee of SIP-based Suzhou Sungent Urban Development Co Ltd recently organized a series of events for the benefit of people working for it and residents in a nearby community.

One of the events incorporated calligraphy, Chinese knot weaving and Song brocade wind chime making for the participants to experience traditional ways of celebrating the festival. Moreover, employees from the company were encouraged to offer suggestions on future development of the company and the industry where it is engaged in.

In another event, leaders of the CPC committee visited a number of construction sites in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District (East Area), conducting safety inspections, extending festival greetings to workers there and giving daily necessaries to needy workers.

In the campaign at Dongyun Community, the volunteers from the company imparted knowledge on fire prevention to residents through on-site explanations, brochures and quizzes.
